if you'd like to return your order, please email orders@grlclb.com and i'll give you a returns number & details of how to send back the items.

if your order is faulty i'll refund you any postage charges in returning the item to me.

if, however, you just decide you don't want the stuff, please get in touch asap so we can have it sent back within 14 days. it's best to return the package by recorded delivery so you have proof of shipping. if the item is not faulty i won't be able to reimburse you for the cost of posting.

please do not send any items back without first receiving acknowledgement of the return and details on how to do so.
